Here comes the first look of the biopic based on Olympian Mary Kom's biography that features Ram Charan's Zanjeer heroine Priyanka Chopra in the title role. All those hard efforts of our dusky heroine to brought liveliness and intensity to the role have worked quite well and the poster says it all.
Padma Bhushan recipient Mary Kom happens to be a professional boxer and got into limelight after she clinched Bronze Medal in women's 51 kgs category at 2012 London Olympics. Director Omung Kumar has finally decided to make Mary Kom's story into a movie and he prepared the script after gathering details from the boxer itself. And after auditioning many girls for the role, makers thought that dusky siren Priyanka would be apt for it provided with her slim looks like the boxing lady. Later Piggy has undergone rigorous training to get her boxing moves right under Mary Kom's directions and finally did the shoot.
Carved biceps, iron-pumped muscles and perfectly tightened fist show how Priyanka has poured efforts to get into the skin of character. The film is all set for a September 5, 2014 release and social networks are abuzz with the first look poster at the moment.
